The Research and Practice in Human Resource Management (RPHRM) Journal announces a Special Issue (Volume 14 Issue 1, 2006) on significant emerging themes in human resource management and human capital management in the Asia Pacific region. RPHRM is seeking theoretical and empirical, as well as case studies that extend frontiers of research and practice in a variety of directions. A special interest is for manuscripts that critically examine or report on conventional and experimental processes and procedures of people management. Manuscripts are to be in the range of 3,000 to 5,000 words (including references, tables, appendicies, figures, diagrams). In preparing manuscripts authors should closely follow the requirements specified in the instructions to authors and the reference guidelines that can be found on the RPHRM web site.

Completed manuscripts are to be forwarded to alan.nankervis@cbs.curtin.edu.au
These manuscripts should be prepared in MS word format as an electronic attachment. Times New Roman font with one and one half spacing. The final date of acceptance is 1st September, 2005.
